| WHO WE ARE

We are experts in leadership development, executive coaching, mentoring and coach development, working with both organisations and coaches.

For organisations we provide executive coaching, leadership development and solutions for mentoring. For coaches we provide coach development and supervision.  Our approach is informed by evidence-based research, our coaches are qualified to a minimum of Masters level qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring related subjects and have each held rich and varied commercial careers. All coaches have a minimum of 10 years industry experience, and at least 5 years of coaching experience, and most have much more than that. We balance a focus on organisational understanding, commercial realism and psychological well-being, as our clients navigate what’s ahead.

  • Executive coaching focusses on the client and organisation’s needs, providing the opportunity for leaders to reflect, refocus, experiment, and accelerate growth with the support of their organisation.

  • Our leadership programmes build and develop leadership capability through creating unique learning experiences, with an intention to enhance maturity of thinking.

  • We run expert Retention Through Mentoring programmes which create a virtuous circle of learning and growth, informed by our academic knowledge of what makes mentoring work.

SERVICES FOR COACHES

COACH SUPERVISION & COACH DEVELOPMENT    

  • Our coach supervisors partner with coaches to expand their viewpoints, sharpen their ethical mindset, and develop and grow as a coach, in service of their client system.

  • For the coach who has established their coaching philosophy and practice, we offer accredited coach development courses.
