Tessa Dodwell
Overview
Tessa has worked at a director level within the fast-paced logistics environment for several key clients including Apple and Vodafone. Having been introduced to coaching as part of her leadership development, Tessa rolled out a coaching culture to her team of 500. The results were so compelling, Tessa chose to leave corporate life and re-train as a coach. Tessa has a passion for coaching people and businesses through transitions and, in her recent academic research, conducted the first UK study into coaching through the retirement transition. Tessa has been described by former clients as insightful, empowering and transformational.
